She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Southern New Hampshire University, along with a BA in Business Administration and an Associate’s degree in Accounting.
Susanne has served in key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Lenders Online Training and Project Manager at Lisec Ghostwriting, where she specialized in process improvement, CRM optimization, and automation. She has been personally mentored by Jon Rennie, author of I Have the Watch: Becoming a Leader Worth Following, and brings a people-first, leadership-driven approach to every client engagement.
